When a group of friends rents a vacation house for the weekend, they quickly discover their neighbors are a rowdy bunch of muscular, tattooed men who don't believe in keeping the curtains closed. What starts as casual flirting across the fence quickly escalates into an all-out neighborhood block party when the "guys next door" decide to introduce themselves properly.
